Espaces › + Nouvel espace : nom, type, emplacement, dimensions, tarif. Dans chaque contrat, cochez les espaces loués. Imprimer la grille produit votre grille tarifaire.
Spaces › + New space: name, type, location, dimensions, rate. In each contract, tick the rented spaces. Print rate card produces your rate card.
FacturerInvoice
Réglez vos taux et numéros de TPS/TVP dans Administration › Organisation. Dans le contrat : Créer la facture, puis Envoyer par courriel et Marquer payée.
Set your GST/PST rates and numbers in Administration › Organization. In the contract: Create invoice, then Send by email and Mark as paid.
